摘要
[目的/意义]随着移动互联网信息技术的快速发展,互联网在给人们工作和日常生活带来诸多便利的同时,也已经成为打击电信网络诈骗犯罪活动的主战场.电信网络诈骗犯罪形式多样、手段隐蔽,且与互联网技术灰黑产业链相交织,对传统侦查手段提出了新的挑战.[方法/过程]以大数据技术为基本切入点,运用实证分析研究,在深入剖析电信网络诈骗犯罪侦查难点的基础上,深入梳理并论证大数据技术在电信网络诈骗犯罪中的具体应用途径.[结果/结论]提出了利用大数据技术构建我国基层各级公安机关打击电信网络诈骗犯罪的技术监测系统.
[Purpose/Significance]At present,the rapid progress and development of mobile Internet information technology has brought a lot of convenience to People's Daily life,and it has also become the main battlefield to crack down on telecom fraud.Its various forms,hidden means and interwoven with the gray and black industry chain of Internet technology pose challenges to the traditional investigation methods.[Methodology/Process]Based on the big data technology as the basic starting point,highlight using empirical analysis research,detai led in the telecommunicat ions network fraud crime investigat ion difficulty,on the basis of the application of technology of data on the advantage of telecom network fraud crime investigation,thorough carding and demonstrates the big data technology concrete application in telecom network fraud crime.[Results/Conclusions]This paper puts forward how to make full use of big data technology to build a technical monitoring system for public security organs at all levels to fight against telecom network fraud crimes.
