摘要
绿色发展是价值取向与科学认识二重维度的有机统一。在科学认识上,绿色发展与传统发展有着根本性区别,绿色发展是创新驱动、净化生态环境、和谐向上、增进民生福祉和可持续的发展。在价值取向上,绿色发展确立以实现人的自由全面发展为根本目标,这一价值取向具体表现在永恒价值、执政价值、共生价值、普惠价值和平等价值上。对绿色发展二重维度的反思表明:在新时代推进绿色发展的理论研究中,应关注时代和实践特征,从分析具体现实问题入手,始终坚持问题导向;以深化价值取向、探究价值取向与科学认识的内在关系为基本切入点,促进人与自然和谐共生,推进美丽中国建设,实现中华民族的永续发展。
Green development is the organic unity of the dual dimensions of value orientation and scientific understanding.In terms of scientific understanding,green development embodies the fundamental difference from traditional development,and interprets green development as innovation-driven,purified ecological environment,harmonious progress,people's livelihood and well-being,and sustainable development.In terms of value orientation,green development is established as the fundamental goal of realizing the free and all-round development of human beings,which is embodied in the value of eternity,governance,symbiosis,inclusiveness and equality.The reflection on the dual dimensions of green development shows that in the theoretical research on promoting green development in the new era,it shall pay attention to the characteristics of the times and practice,start from the analysis of specific practical problems,and always adhere to the problem-oriented;it is necessary to deepen the value orientation and explore the internal relationship between value orientation and scientific understanding as the basic entry point,promote the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,promote the construction of a beautiful China,and realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
