摘要
创新创业教育被视为高校创新发展的重要形式,在实施创新创业教育的过程中,高校教师是主体.在应用型大学建设的同时,教师作为社会和高校的一份子,为校内外提供多种多样的公共服务责无旁贷."双创"背景下研究应用型大学教师公共服务能力建设.以北京市属高校为例,在对学校教师公共服务现状进行调查和研究分析基础上,探索教师公共服务的具体可量化的考核标准,提出提升教师公共服务能力的策略.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education has become the mainstream of innovation and development in colleges and universities.Teachers play an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education.At the same time of the construction of application-oriented universities,teachers,as a member of society and universities,should be duty-bound to provide a variety of public services inside and outside the campus.In the context of"entrepreneurship and innovation",based on the investigation,research and analysis of the current situation of teachers'public service,this paper explores the specific and quantifiable assessment criteria for teachers'public service,and puts forward strategies to improve teachers'public service ability.
