摘要
为促进高职院校高质量发展,更好地适应和满足区域经济发展的需求,根据高职院校社会服务能力提升过程中所存在的问题,从政府、企业、学校、教师四个方面分析具体原因,提出实现地方政府与高职院校的良性互动、加强地方企业与高职院校的产学研联合、完善高职院校自身的内部建设和打破高职院校教师的传统观念束缚等针对性策略,令其在参与推动战略性产业发展、区域协调发展和学习型社会建设的过程中,为经济社会提供形式多样的服务,从而达到提升高职院校社会服务能力的目的。
In order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and better adapt to and meet the needs of regional economic development,according to the problems existing in the process of improving the social service capacity of higher vocational colleges,the four specific issues are analyzed:government,enterprises,schools and teachers,and targeted strategies such as realizing the benign interaction between local governments and higher vocational colleges,strengthening the industry-university-research cooperation between local enterprises and higher vocational colleges,improving the internal construction of higher vocational colleges themselves,and breaking the shackles of traditional concepts of teachers in higher vocational colleges,so that they can participate in the promotion of strategic industrial development.In the process of regional coordinated development and the construction of a learning society,it provides various forms of services for the economy and society,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the social service capacity of higher vocational colleges.
