摘要
劳动教育评价体系旨在激发高校劳动教育革新的潜能,为高校优化劳动教育过程提供决策信息。基于劳动教育系统性、过程性和开放性的特点,以CIPP模型为理论依据,从背景、输入、过程和成果四个维度,提出了具体的评价指标体系,用综合集成层次法(IAHP)完成对评价体系各指标的赋权,并根据赋权实证结果,分析其中的关键影响因素,由此提出相应对策,为高校开展劳动教育相关教育教学工作提供借鉴和参考。
The labor education evaluation system aims to stimulate the potential of labor education innovation in colleges and universities and offer decision-making information to colleges and universities to optimize the labor education process.Based on the systematic,procedural,and open characteristics of labor education and the theoretical basis of the CIPP model,a specific evaluation index system is proposed from the four dimensions of background,input,process,and result,and the Integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP)is used to complete the empowerment of the indicators of the evaluation system.According to the empirical results of empowerment,the key influencing factors are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide a reference for colleges and universities to carry out labor education-related education and teaching work.
