摘要
新时代大学生的劳动教育要以正确劳动观的形成为目标,以学科专业为基础,以社会实践为载体,以就业创业为导向。当前大学生劳动教育实施的难点在于:劳动价值观教育难以开展;劳动精神的培育难以落实;实践形式单一,劳动习惯难以养成;受新媒体影响大,劳动教育的时代特征难以把握;高校的教育管理和评价体系不完善。高校既要针对问题精准施策,也要致力于建构有效整合家庭教育、社会教育的机制。
Labor education for college students in the new era should aim to form the correct labor value which is using the discipline as the basis,social practice as the carrier,and employment and entrepreneurship as the guide.At present,the difficulties in the implementation of labor education for college students lie in as follows:labor values education is difficult to carry out;the cultivation of labor spirit is difficult to implement;practice form is single,and labor habit is difficult to develop;under the influence of new media,the characteristics of labor education are difficult to grasp,and the educational management and evaluation system of colleges and universities are not perfect.Colleges should not only take precise measures to solve the problems,but also devote themselves to constructing the effective mechanism of integrating family education and social education together.
