摘要
1893年出版的《华西官话汉法词典》与1900年出版的《西蜀方言》,分别是由巴黎外方传教会传教士和英国传教士钟秀芝编写的双语词典,这两部词典也是传教士学习四川方言的口语教材。本文探讨了这两部词典的编写体例,认为这两部词典虽有不尽如人意之处,但是对当今的汉语教材和词典的编写仍有借鉴意义。
Dictionnaire Chinois-Francais de la Langue Mandarine Parlee Dans l'Ouest de la Chine Avec un Vocabulaire Francais-Chinois(1893)was written by missionaries in La Missions Eangere de Paris,and Western Mandarin,or the Spoken Language of Western China(1900)was written by a British missionary who had been lived in Chengdu for a long period of time.The two dictionaries were also oral textbooks for missionaries to learn Sichuan mandarin.This article discussed the compiling styles of the two dictionaries.Although there are some disappointments,the two dictionaries were still useful for today's Chinese textbooks and dictionary compilation.
