摘要
培育集体主义精神是马克思主义人的全面发展学说的理论呼唤,是中华文化与中国精神赓续延绵的基因表达,是人民立场与强国伟业砥砺青春的使命要求。面对功利与个人主义对集体主义的价值冲击、个人与集体关系失调衍生的群体思想博弈以及路径与方法内容不当引发的连锁效果冲抵带来的现实挑战,培育大学生集体主义精神需要做好工作的“三个转向”,即从“宏大叙事”转向“生活记述”、从“单一供给”转向“系统联动”以及从“大水漫灌”转向“精准滴灌”,进而不断提升思想政治教育引领的达成度。
Cultivating the spirit of collectivism is the theoretical call of the Marxist theory of all-round human development,the continuous gene expression of Chinese culture and Chinese spirit,and the mission requirement of the people's position and the great cause of a powerful country.In the face of the realistic challenges brought by the impact of utilitarianism and individualism on collectivism,the group ideological game derived from the disharmony between individuals and collectivism,and the chain effect offset caused by improper path and method content,the cultivation of college students'collectivism spirit needs to do a good job in“three turns”.That is,from“grand narrative”to“life account”,from“single supply”to“system linkage”and from“flood irrigation”to“precise drip irrigation”,and then continuously improve the degree of ideological and political education guidance.
