摘要
宫腔镜检查及手术在妇科疾病诊断及治疗中发挥了重要的作用,这也是《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(试用)——妇产科培训细则》中要求妇产科住院医师掌握的一项临床技能。南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院采用理论教学与床边教学相结合的方式,安排住院医师在3年内参加两阶段的宫腔镜培训,以期在住院医师规范化培训结束时能够初步掌握宫腔镜的操作技能。理论教学包括自学及讲座两种方式,床边教学结合临床实际病例进行手术示教及手术带教。第1阶段为基础培训,第2阶段为进阶培训。应用课前测、课后测、里程碑评价、学员反馈等多种形式对理论教学和操作进行评价,促进了培训的持续改进。
Hysteroscopy examination and operation play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.According to the Guidelines for Standardized Resident Training of China,hysteroscopy is a clinical skill that obstetrics and gynecology residents need to master.Our department arranged the residents to finish 2 rounds of hysteroscopy training within three years through theory teaching and bedside teaching way,so that they could get the skill of hysteroscopy preliminarily in the end of the standardized residency training.Theoretical study included self-study and lectures,and bedside teaching included demonstration and surgery teaching based actual clinical cases.The first step training was mainly for basic training,the second step training was mainly for skill advanced training.We evaluated the training courses through a variety of forms such as the test before class and after class,milestone evaluation,and the student feedback.We achieved the goal that both teachers and residents got improvement though the training program.The training program has been promoted continuously by the feedback evaluations.
