摘要
目的:了解住院医师规范化培训学员对六大胜任力的认识和需求情况。方法:对浙江大学医学院附属第二医院687名住培学员开展了六大胜任力的线上调查分析。结果:在培学员对提升专业能力的需求较高,女性更为突出,而对其他胜任力尤其是教学能力的重视程度较低。结论:学员对六大胜任力的认识和需求很不均衡,这为分层递进教学和个性化培养住院医师提供了依据。
Objective:To understand the recognition and demand of resident training trainees on the six competency in China.Methods:The online survey and analysis of six core competencies were carried out among 687 resident trainees in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College.Results:Students have a higher demand for improving professional ability,especially for women,while they attach less importance to other competencies,especially teaching ability.Conclusion:The students’understanding and demand for the six competencies are not balanced,which provides a basis for hierarchical and individualized training of residents.
