摘要
目前在全国大学附属医院内,大量的医师身兼数职,存在着临床、科研、教学三者之间在时间精力上的剧烈竞争现状,教学质量与临床及科研能力提高均存在很大压力,对目前的教学管理与医院管理更是提出了巨大挑战。本文基于对这个问题的思考,首先设计了比较详实的调查方案,分析查找原因,并提出从师资培训角度探索如何缓解两者矛盾,实现管理层面的整合效应,寄望对未来建立更加合理的教学与医院管理制度提供帮助。
Currently al over China,in the major af iliated hospitals of medical schools,there are many physicians bear the burden of clinical work and research work,as wel as teaching.There exists the competition of time and energy,and the pressure of teaching quality control and the improvement of research,and this is the very chal enging part of teaching management and the hospital management.This article is based on the pondering of the problem,and the ef ort of finding solutions.An investigation was done previously,and the analysis of causes was performed.An at empt of al eviating the conflict between the management of teaching and the hospital set ing was addressed.In the future,an integrative management should be bet er.
