摘要
目的探索提升妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量的方法。方法选择2017—2019级采用导师小组制模式30名住院医师为观察组,2014—2016级沿用导师制带教模式30名住院医师为对照组,比较两组结业前理论和技能考核成绩,并对导师小组和带教老师的教学态度和带教能力进行满意度调查。结果刚进入住培基地的理论考核成绩,两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。经过3年住培,出基地前的医院考核中,观察组的理论和技能考核成绩均高于对照组,理论成绩(89.15±4.20)比(84.28±4.08),P<0.01;技能成绩(95.46±3.25)比(90.84±3.42),P<0.01。观察组住院医师对导师教学态度和带教能力的满意度均高于对照组,教学态度满意度98%比90%,P<0.05;带教能力满意度96%比88%,P<0.05。住培中实施导师小组制,明显提高了住院医师的临床、科研等综合能力,也促进了带教老师素质和能力的提高,取得了教学相长的效果。结论妇产科住培中实施导师小组制对提升培训质量有一定作用。
Objectives To explore the methods to improve the quality of standardized training among residents in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods Thirty residents of grade 2014~2016 who followed the tutor system teaching model were selected as the control group.The pre-graduation theory and skill assessment scores of the two groups were compared.And we conducted a satisfaction survey on the teaching attitude and teaching ability of the tutor group and the teachers.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups when they just entered the training base(P>0.05).After 2~3 years of residency training,the experimental group’s theoretical and skill assessment scores were higher than those of the control group,theoretical scores(89.15±4.20)vs(84.28±4.08),P<0.01;skills scores(95.46±3.25)vs(90.84±3.42),P<0.01.Residents in the experimental group were more satisfied with their tutor’s teaching attitude and teaching ability than the control group(teaching attitude satisfaction 98%vs 90%,P<0.05;teaching ability satisfaction 96%vs 88%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of tutor group mode in the standardized training of residents of obstetrics and gynecology has a certain effect on improving the quality of training.
