摘要
冰雪运动场馆是我国开展冰雪运动的基本载体,是推动我国冰雪运动大众普及的重要物质保障,也是推动中国冰雪产业升级的重要环节。推动我国冰雪运动场馆的智能化管理是我国建设冰雪强国的必经之路。目前我国的冰雪运动场馆尚存在投资回报周期长、运营周期短、同质化严重、运营模式单一等问题。为此在推进冰雪运动场馆智能化管理的进程中,应注重完善信息管理、丰富运营模式、充分发挥各自优势、增强冰雪运动吸引力,多维度改善顾客体验,用新思路、新理念建设冰雪运动强国。
Winter sports venues are the basic carrier of winter sports in China.They are the important material guarantee to promote the popularity of winter sports in China and important link to promote the upgrading of Chinese winter sports industry.Promoting the intelligent management of Chinese winter sports venues is an important way to build Chinese winter sports power.At present,Chinese winter sports venues still have some problems such as long investment return period,short operation period,serious homogeneity and single operation mode.Therefore,in the process of promoting intelligent management of winter sports venues,attention should be paid to improving information management,enriching operation modes,giving full play to their respective advantages,enhancing the attraction of winter sports,improving customer experience in multiple dimensions,and building a strong winter sports country with new ideas.
