摘要
研究生国家奖学金的设立表明了党和国家对研究生教育的高度重视和对广大研究生的深切关怀。目前,评审组织机构人员及其权责不明确,各学院实施细则缺乏一致性,价值导向宣传力度不够,考核方法的可操作性不强等,是研究生国家奖学金评审工作面临的现实困境。培养单位应根据实际情况和评价反馈,不断完善评审方案和指标体系,切实做好评审工作,提升研究生的满意度,助推我国研究生教育质量的提升。
The establishment of the National Scholarship for graduate students shows that the party and the state attach great importance to graduate education and care deeply for the graduate students.At present,the personnel of assessment organizations and their powers and responsibilities are not clear,lack of consistency in the rules of implementation among the colleges,value-oriented publicity is not enough,assessment methods has not strong operability,etc.It is a realistic dilemma for the evaluation of the National Scholarship for graduate students.According to the actual situation and evaluation feedback,the training unit should continuously improve the evaluation program and index system,do a good job of evaluation,improve the satisfaction of graduate students,and promote the quality of graduate education in China.
