中国城市空间结构的经济效率和平衡效应研究——基于2001—2017年地级市面板数据的实证检验 被引量:5

Research on the economic efficiency and regional equilibrium effect of urban spatial structure in China:Based on panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2001-2017

摘要 基于融合校正的DMSP-OLS和NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据,衡量2001—2017年中国地级市空间结构,考察了城市空间结构对经济增长及城市内部均衡发展的影响。研究表明:空间结构对经济效率及内部均衡的影响在不同规模城市(城市群)存在异质性,当人口规模低于600万人时,单中心结构能够实现效率与均衡的双赢,而当人口规模高于1000万人时,多中心结构更有利于提高经济效率并实现城市均衡发展。对于人口规模介于600万—1000万人的城市而言,实施单中心结构规划的城市可通过完善交通基础设施建设、实施多中心结构规划的城市可通过优化产业结构助力其实现提高经济发展效率及城市内部均衡发展的目标。 Based on the DMSP-OLS and NPP-VIIRS nighttime light data,the spatial structure of prefecture-level cities in China from 2001 to 2017 is measured.The OLS and instrumental and instrumental variable methods are used to identify the impact of urban spatial structure on economic growth and internal equilibrium,and further examine the conditional effect of city size.The research found that,the influence of spatial structure on economic efficiency and urban equilibrium is heterogeneous in different city scales.When the city size is less than 6 million people,the mono-centric structure can achieve a win-win situation of efficiency and equilibrium,while when the city size is higher than 10 million people,the poly-centric structure is more likely to achieve improved economic efficiency and balanced urban development.Further discuss that for cities with a population between 6 million and 10 million that are difficult to achieve economic efficiency and balanced development at the same time,cities planned with mono-centric structure improve urban transportation infrastructure and cities with poly-centric structure plan optimize industrial structure can ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of economic development and narrowing the development of economic gap within the city.
