摘要
研究从大学生、学校体制和辅导员三个方面深入分析了"互联网+"时代高校辅导员推进创新创业的困境,针对问题,明确辅导员在自我责任认知、学生心理辅导和个人综合能力提升方面的职责要求,提高职业责任感。通过困境分析和明确职责,进一步提出辅导员发挥指导作用的有效途径。充分利用互联网特性构建宣传新阵地,整合多方资源,结合学校育人模式制定育人新模式,紧跟时代需求,积极组织带领学生参加实践,结合国家政策发挥大赛优势,进一步推进大学生创新创业可持续发展。
The research analyzes the dilemma of College Counselors’innovation and Entrepreneurship from Internet plus three aspects,including the university students,school system and counselors.In light of the problems,it clearly defines the responsibilities and responsibilities of counselors in self responsibility recognition,student psychological counseling and personal comprehensive ability promotion,and improves the sense of occupation responsibility.Through dilemma analysis and clarification of responsibilities,further effective ways for counselors to play a guiding role are proposed.Make full use of the characteristics of the Internet to build a new position for publicity,integrate multiple resources,formulate a new model of education based on the school education model,keep up with the needs of the times,actively organize and lead students to participate in practice,combine the national policies to give full play to the advantages of the competition,further promote the sustainable development of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship.
