摘要
对以任务成果为导向的机电专业新工科人才培养模式进行了探索与实践,总结出六条经验:将该培养模式融入人才培养方案中、组建一支称职的师资队伍、有相应的专业实验室及配套项目、融合发展校外实验资源和知识资源、充分利用各类项目和大赛、拓展创新课程并实施“客串教授”的学生轮班制。指出三个关键点:以相关制度为保障、合理安排学生的成果和任务、以软硬件资源作为基础条件。通过这项综合改革,可以提高学生的素质、能力和就业竞争力,提高教师的实践教学能力和创新能力,扩展教学资源,提升专业的教学水平和学科水平。
The new task-achievement-oriented engineering talent training mode of mechanical and electrical majors was explored and practiced.Six experiences are summarized:the training mode into the talent training program,a competent teacher team,corresponding professional laboratories and supporting programs,trying our best to integrate off-campus test resources and knowledge resources,making full use of all kinds of special projects and competitions,new courses and implement the"guest professor"of student shifts.Three key points are pointed out:relevant systems should be taken as the guarantee,the achievements and tasks for students should be reasonable and certain software and hardware resources should be used as the basic conditions.By this reform,students’quality,ability and employment competitiveness and teachers’practical teaching ability and innovation ability are improved,expand teaching resources and improve professional teaching level and discipline level.
