On the Innovation Incubation of Applied Talents

摘要时代的发展迫切需要高素质应用型人才,然而大学毕业生对职业场景认知不足,往往缺乏工作经验、创新思维、创业精神。从社会用工环境来看,目前社会用工环境与学校的培养环境尚有差距;教学、科研和创业孵化器缺乏有机结合机制等应用型人才培养问题日益突出。为了更好地适应社会发展需求,各高校开始重视培养应用型大学生创新创业人才。但部分高校教师对应用型人才的创新孵化培养方式仍然处于探索阶段,致使创新创业教育效果很难达到预期。该文借助我校“科学工作能力实训示范训练”的平台资源与岗位工作标准,采用应用型人才创新孵化训练的新模式,建设适应新时代发展需要的应用型人才创新孵化训练项目,提升大学生就业创业能力,提高高校创新创业教育效率。 The development of The Times urgently needs high-quality application-oriented talents.However,college graduates lack the cognition of the career scene,often lack of work experience,lack of innovative thinking,lack of entrepreneurial spirit.From the perspective of social employment environment,there is still a gap between social employment environment and school training environment.Teaching,scientific research and business incubator lack of organic combination mechanism and other problems of application-oriented talent training are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to better adapt to the needs of social development,China began to pay attention to the training of applied college students’innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,the innovative incubation and cultivation methods of applied talents by some college teachers are still in the exploratory stage,which makes the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education difficult to meet the standards.This article with the help of“training scientific work ability training demonstration”platform resources superiority and working standard training in our school,using the new mode of training applied talents innovation incubation,build applied talents to satisfy the needs of the new era of development innovation incubation programs,improve university students’employment ability,we will improve the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
