摘要
高校地方研究院是高校推进科技成果转化、支撑国家创新驱动发展战略、服务经济社会发展的重要途径之一。地方研究院建设科技创业孵化器是促进创业和区域经济发展的重要工具,也是创新创业体系的重要组成部分。该文以上海交通大学苏北研究院建设淮俊湾科创生态综合体的创新实践为例,总结其典型做法和先进经验,全面分析当前地方研究院建设科技创业孵化器遇到的主要问题,并为高校地方研究院建设科技创业孵化器提出相应的对策建议。
The University-local Government Jiont Institutes play an important role in promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements,supporting the national strategy of innovation-driven development and serving the economic and social development.Technology Entrepreneurship Incubator of Jiont Institutes is not only a tool to promote entrepreneurship and regional economic development,but also an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship system.This paper takes the innovation practice of the Subei Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in constructing Huaijunwan science and innovation ecological complex as an example,summarizes its typical practices and advanced experience,comprehensively analyzes the main problems encountered in the current construction of science and technology business incubator in local research institutes,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of science and technology business incubator in local research institutes of universities.
