摘要
校企合作协同育人是指学校与企业在人才培养、技术创新、就业创业、社会服务等方面开展的合作。企业利用技术、设施、设备和管理等要素参与学校专业人才培养的发展模式,该模式下的课程教学能够促进专业教学质量的提高,有效强化工学结合。该文以建筑防火材料课程改革为例,深入分析“校企合作、协同育人”模式下课程建设的重要性,探索课程目标的实施步骤与方法,旨在为同类专业以实践性为主的课程教学改革提供经验与参考。
School-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education is a development model in which enterprises use technology,facilities,equipment and management to participate in the training of professional talents in schools through cooperation with enterprises in personnel training,technological innovation,employment and entrepreneurship,and social services.It can promote the improvement of professional teaching quality and effectively strengthen the combination of engineering and learning.Taking the course reform of"Building Fire Protection Materials"as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the importance of curriculum construction under the mode of"school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education",and explores the implementation steps and methods of curriculum objectives,aiming to provide practicality for similar majors.The curriculum reform provides experience and reference.
