摘要
通过系统性梳理从2002年“现代职业教育体系”的首次提出至2020年现代职业教育体系基本建成期间现代职教体系的相关政治话语,并借助CiteSpace软件,对国内现代职教体系相关学术话语进行“量”与“质”的分析,可以发现现代职教体系研究的“量”与“质”的演进具有一致性,且政治话语视域下体系的发展轨迹与学术话语视域下体系的研究轨迹呈现出基本同步性。相关研究对政治话语的关注,有助于把握国家战略重点;然而过度单一的“政策导向”研究模式却也导致了研究对象的局限性与不均衡性,以及规划设计多而回应现实的针对性解决方法少等不足。未来体系研究应立足于现代职教体系的三维应然样态,提升研究知识性、学理性,打造内生化研究模式,助力“十四五”时期高质量现代职教体系的建成。
Through systematically sorting out the relevant political discourse of the modern vocational education system from 2002,first proposed by the“Modern Vocational Education System”,to 2020,when the modern vocational education system was basically completed,and with the help of CiteSpace software,the paper analyzes the“quantity”and“quality”of relevant academic discourse of modern vocational education system in China.It can be found that the“qualitative”and“quantitative”evolution of modern vocational education system research is consistent,and the development track of the system from the perspective of political discourse is basically synchronized with the research track of the system from the perspective of academic discourse.The relevant research’s focus on political discourse is helpful to grasp the national strategic priorities.However,the overly single“policy-oriented”research model also leads to the limitations and imbalance of research objects,such as more planning and design but less targeted solutions to respond to the reality.The future system research should be based on the three-dimensional appearance of modern vocational education system,improve the research knowledge and academic rationality,build a internalization research model,and help to build a high-quality modern vocational education system during the 14 th Five-Year Plan.
