摘要
科技成果转化对提高生产力水平,加快实施创新驱动发展战略具有重要意义。高校作为知识传授和科技创新的中心,承担着培养创新人才和推动科技成果转化的重要责任,是科技成果的重要来源地之一。高校科技成果转化生态体系的建设关系到科技成果转化的效率与质量。该文通过阐述高校科技成果转化在各方面的重要作用,梳理影响高校科技成果转化效率的相关因素,为有效实施高校科技成果转化生态体系建设提供思路。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is of significant importance in enhancing productivity levels and expediting the implementation of an innovation-driven development strategy.Universities,as centers for knowledge transfer and technological innovation,bear the crucial responsibility of cultivating innovative talents and driving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,it is one of the important sources of scientific and technological achievements.The establishment of a university technology transfer ecosystem is closely linked to the efficiency and quality of this transformation process.This article highlights the essential role of university technology transfer in various aspects and analyzes the relevant factors influencing its efficiency,providing insights into effectively implementing the construction of a university technology transfer ecosystem.
