摘要
依托南京工程学院机械、电气行业背景,密切对接企业和研究院所,探索构建多主体协同的应用型高校专业学位研究生培养模式,以国家相关政策和地方经济社会发展为指引,高校、政府、科研院所和行业企业相互协作,共同培养高等工程技术人才,全方位提高专业学位研究生创新实践能力,提升高等工程教育的社会认同度,推动高等工程教育更好发展,实践表明该模式效果良好。
Based on the mechanical and electrical industry background of Nanjing Institute of Technology,this paper contacts enterprises and research institutes in close contact to explore the construction of application-oriented professional degree graduate training mode of colleges and universities with multi-subject cooperation.Guided by national educational guidance policies and local economic and social development,universities,governments,research institutes and industrial enterprises cooperate with each other to jointly train advanced engineering and technical talents.The innovation and practice ability of professional degree postgraduates should be improved in many aspects,the social recognition of higher engineering education should be enhanced,and the better development of higher engineering education should be promoted.Practice has shown that this model works well.
