摘要
经济韧性作为衡量国民经济在受到不确定性因素冲击时所展现出的抵抗能力与恢复能力,其演变及发展历程较长,由材料韧性、工程韧性、生态韧性、心理韧性再到经济韧性,其含义涵盖了多视角下的韧性范畴。本文从经济韧性研究的高引及代表性文献出发,对经济韧性的由来、内涵、测度、影响因素及实证分析进行总结及评述。首先,本文概括了韧性分析框架如何扩展到经济学领域,重点阐述了经济韧性的来源,即工程韧性、生态韧性及适应性韧性,基于此总结和梳理经济韧性内涵的研究;此外,韧性框架扩展到经济学领域后,其研究的侧重点不同,研究对象也不尽相同,故形成了经济韧性范畴下的多维度韧性分析,基于其内涵和范畴把握其形成机理,将进一步加深对韧性的理解。其次,梳理了经济韧性测度的两种重要方法即核心变量法与综合评价法,而后总结其实证研究进展,并对经济韧性影响因素进行概括。在此基础上,进行经济韧性的研究展望。
Economic resilience as a measure of the national economy in the impact of uncertainty factors show resistance and recovery ability,its evolution and development history is longer,from the material resilience,engineering resilience,ecological resilience,psychological resilience and then to the economic resilience,and its meaning covers the resilience of the category of multiple perspectives.This paper summarizes and reviews the origin,connotation,measurement,influencing factors and empirical analysis of economic resilience from the high citation of economic resilience research and representative literature.First of all,this paper outlines how the toughness analysis framework is extended to the field of economics,focusing on the origin of economic toughness,namely,engineering toughness,ecological toughness and adaptive toughness,based on which the study of the connotation of economic toughness is summarized and sorted out;in addition,after the toughness framework is extended to the field of economics,the focus of its research is different,and the object of the research is also different,so it forms the multi-dimensional toughness analysis under the category of economic toughness,and it is based on its connotation and scope to grasp its connotation.Grasping the formation mechanism based on its connotation and scope will further deepen the understanding of resilience.Secondly,two important methods of economic resilience measurement,i.e.,the core variable method and the comprehensive evaluation method,are sorted out,followed by summarizing the progress of their empirical research and outlining the factors affecting economic resilience.On this basis,the research outlook of economic resilience is conducted.
