摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,教育模式也随着时代的发展不断转变。近些年,幼儿园针对幼儿的教学模式更加倾向于综合素质的培养。混龄游戏作为一种教学模式,是将不同年龄阶段的幼儿混合在一起,共同接受教育、共同玩耍的一种户外活动。本文将从幼儿户外活动,同一目标不同发展层次;鼓励交流沟通,促进思维发展;游戏材料投放,设计趣味游戏;巧妙分工合作,形成团结意识;游戏规定自定,建立遵守秩序意识等措施进行探究,旨在善于创新各发展混龄游戏模式,提高游戏参与度,以此提高幼儿的综合素养,为从事相关教育工作者提供建设性意义。
With the continuous development of the social economy,the educational model is also constantly changing with the development of the times.In recent years,the kindergarten’s teaching model for children has become more inclined to cultivate comprehensive qualities.As a teaching mode,mixed-age games are an outdoor activity in which children of different ages are mixed together to receive education and play together.This article explores a series of measures,such as children’s outdoor activities,with the same goal and different levels of development;encourage communication and promote thinking development;game materials,design fun games;clever division of labor and cooperation to form a sense of unity;game rules are self-determined and establish a sense of observing order.This is to be good at innovating the development of mixed-age game modes,improving game participation,so as to improve children’s comprehensive literacy,and provide constructive significance for relevant educators.
