摘要
高职院校都在积极探索工匠精神融入专业教育,现代学徒制是校企共同实施的教学模式,与工匠精神有着天然的联系,本文剖析了某高职院校建工专业现代学徒制实施过程中存在的问题,并针对实施瓶颈提出工匠精神培育的具体举措。
Spirit in higher vocational colleges are actively exploring into the professional education,modern apprenticeship is Shared between colleges carry out the teaching mode,with the spirit of the craftsman has the natural relation,this paper analyses some higher vocational colleges construction professional modern apprenticeship problems that exist in the implementation process,and to implement the bottleneck spirit cultivation of specific measures.
