摘要
当前我国已将现代学徒制作为创新现代职业教育的一种人才培养模式,工匠精神的形成发展与其有着紧密的关系,培育与传承工匠精神,不仅是实现“中国制造2025”战略计划的需要,也是高职教育培养高素质技术技能型人才的迫切要求。通过剖析工匠精神的内涵和当代价值,提出了在高职教育现代学徒制中培育工匠精神应营造好社会大环境、应与课程教学相融合、应注重学生人文素养的提升、应通过校企文化相互渗透及开展创新创业教育等策略。
At present, modern apprenticeship is taken as a talents training mode in innovating the modern vocational education in China, which has a direct bearing on the formation and development of craftsman spirit. Fostering and inheriting craftsman spirit satisfies not only the need to implement the "Made in China 2025" strategy, but also the urgent demand for higher vocational education to train high-quality, technical and skilled talents. By analyzing the connotation and contemporary value of craftsman spirit, this pa? per puts forward the tactics of cultivating craftsman spirit in the modern apprenticeship system of higher vocational education, that is, to create social environment, to integrate with curriculum teaching, to pay attention to promoting students’humanistic quality, to penetrate school-enterprise cultures mutually and to carry out innovation and entrepreneurial education.
