校内经营性实训条件下工匠型旅游类人才培养路径设计与实践

Design and Practice of Training Path for Craftsmen Tourism Talents Based on Operational Training Within the College

摘要 校内经营性实训已经成为高职院校办学模式和产教融合人才培养的创新模式。通过典型个案实践研究分析,在校内经营性实训条件下,工匠型旅游类人才培养路径设计归纳为“术”与“道”的双性统一。专业技能技术和职业品质精神的同步提升相结合,既能满足旅游类岗位专业技能需求,又能彰显现代工匠职业精神特质的人才培养目标。 The operating training within the college is an innovation of talent training and running mode through the combination of industry and education.Based on the analysis of typical case practice,the path design of craftsmen-oriented tourism talents training is concluded as the Androgyny unity of Technology and Quality.The combination of professional skill technology and professional quality spirit can not only meet the needs of professional skills for tourism posts,but also highlight the characteristics of modern craftsmen professional spirit of talent training objectives.
