摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发以来的实践表明,方舱医院的设立在控制感染源、快速扼制疫情传播、科学施治降低病死率、实现社会面早日清零等方面发挥了突出作用。从此次上海国家会展中心大型方舱医院运行的实践中,我们总结归纳出在医疗救治队伍建设、医疗运行机制、医院软硬件设备建设、后勤保障及科研等方面的经验,发现尚需进一步完善和加强。在本文中,笔者从实际工作经验出发,针对性地提出方舱医院救治体制建设方案,希望通过提高方舱医院运转效率,为打赢疫情防控攻坚战提供坚实基础。
Practices since the outbreak of COVID-19 have shown that the establishment of Fangcang shelter hospitals has played a prominent role in controlling the source of infection,quickly curbing the spread of the epidemic,reducing the mortality through scientific treatment,and realizing the early halt of community transmission.In the practice of the operation of the Fangcang shelter hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai),we have concluded that the construction of the medical treatment team,the medical operation mechanism,the software and hardware equipment in hospital,and the logistics support and scientific research still need to be improved and strengthened.In this article,based on our experience,we put forward a targeted construction plan for the treatment system of Fangcang shelter hospitals,hoping to provide a solid foundation for winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control by improving its operation efficiency.
