摘要
方舱医院在抗疫工作中发挥了重要作用。然而,随着新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)多轮突变,目前流行的奥密克戎变异株在病毒载量和传染性方面明显增强,需要对方舱医院管理经验进一步完善,以期更好地抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情。本文从医疗角度总结方舱医院医疗管理相关经验,充分参考《新冠肺炎方舱医院设置管理规范(试行)》《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第九版)》等相关指南规范,起草医疗管理专家共识,包括方舱医院接管流程、医护团队建立、基本设施、方舱医院感染防控管理、方舱医院医疗工作、SARS-CoV-2职业暴露处理、方舱医院护理工作、志愿者团队的组建及管理,以期为方舱医院的有效运行提供借鉴。
Fangcang shelter hospitals play an important role in anti-epidemic.However,with multiple variants of SARS-CoV-2,the current SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant has significantly increased in viral load and infectivity.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the management experience of Fangcang shelter hospitals to better fight against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).This paper summarizes relevant experience in the management of Fangcang shelter hospitals from a medical perspective,and makes full reference to the Regulations on the Management of the Establishment of COVID-19 Fangcang Shelter Hospital(Trial),Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19(Trial Version 9)and other relevant guidelines.Besides,this paper also drafts expert consensus on medical management in Fangcang shelter hospitals,including takeover process of Fangcang shelter hospitals,establishment of medical teams,basic facilities,infection control and prevention,medical work,occupational exposure treatment of COVID-19,nursing work,and construction and management of volunteer teams,which may provide reference for effective implementation of Fangcang shelter hospitals.
