摘要
目的:研发具有机动灵活、功能完善、性能可靠、自我保障能力强的方舱医院。方法:用通用运输底盘将手术方舱、术前X线和生化检查方舱以及医疗充气帐篷快速运至救援现场,通过医疗充气帐篷将手术方舱和检查方舱无缝连接组成方舱医院,整个医院的占地面积约为360 m2,并可根据需要进行功能模块组合。结果:该方舱医院具有高机动性,展开撤收迅速,占地面积小,自我保障能力全面。结论:该方舱医院实现了功能模块化,能够快速进入、快速通过、快速展开,对地形地貌的要求较低。
Objective To develop a shelter hospital with high mobility, complete functions, reliability and self supportability. Methods The surgical shelter, pre-operation X-ray and biochemical examination shelter and medical inflatable tents were transported to the field with the general-purpose chassis, and then the shelter hospital came into being with the surgical shelter and examination shelter connected by the inflatable tent. The hospital had a size of 360 m^2, and could be modularized with different function modules. Results The shelter hospital behaved well in mobility, deployment speed, size and self supportability. Concluslon The shelter hospital composed of function modules is high- speed for transportation and deployment, and has high independence for the topography and geomorphology.
