摘要
方舱医院是我国应对新冠肺炎疫情的重要之举,如何使其迅速实现高效、有序、安全的运转,完成好轻症患者集中收治的任务,是疫情防控的焦点和重点。从分析合作需求、建立合作关系、合作执行与控制、合作评价与改进4个维度,介绍了在新冠肺炎疫情下江汉方舱医院实施协同管理机制的实践探索,并就进一步完善应急救治体系提出建议,为今后的应急医疗救治工作提供借鉴参考。
The construction of Fangcang shelter hospitals played a key role in the successful control of the COVID-19 epidemic in China.Ensuring efficient,orderly,and safe operation of these hospitals and achieving the centralized treatment of patients with mild COVID-19 were the top priorities during epidemic prevention and control.The article introduces the application of the collaborative management in Jianghan Fangcai Hospital in four dimensions:analyzing the demand for cooperation,establishing the partnership,implementing the cooperation and quality control,and evaluating and improving the cooperation.The authors also make suggestions on how to further improve the emergency treatment systems.
