摘要
基于大学生核心素养研究框架对我国60所本科院校的人才培养目标进行内容分析可以发现,我国高校本科人才培养目标的表述存在高远而缺乏实质性内容的问题,价值导向呈现社会本位倾向和短视功利的问题,目标对核心素养的体现丰富度与高校办学水平存在一定的正相关,且创新素养的内涵在不同层次高校出现分化现象。为此,我国高校本科人才培养目标应关注人的终身主动探究热情及对人生意义问题的思考和把握;应融入自身办学特色和学科优势,培养人的“附加价值”;要更重视领导管理、协作交流能力素养的培育;非“双一流”建设高校应精准把握应用型目标定位。
Based on the key competence framework of undergraduate education,it found that the objectives were too lofty and lacked substantive content;the value orientation presented social-based tendencies,as well as short-sighted and utilitarian characteristics;and the higher the level of the university was,the richer its objectives reflected.Therefore,it should return to undergraduates,pay attention to students’lifelong enthusiasm for active inquiry,and promote them to think the meaning of life;the university’s own characteristics and disciplinary advantages should be integrated into the objectives of cultivating undergraduates’“added value”;it should place more emphasis on developing leadership,collaboration and communication skills;the universities without the title of“double first-class”construction should accurately locate on the application-orientation.
