摘要
目的探究在更年期功能失调性子宫出血展开护理,给予针对性护理干预,分析该护理方式的作用与效果。方法选取2019年8月-2020年8月来云南省曲靖市第一人民医院接受治疗的在更年期出现失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,共计56例,并遵从"乱数表法"分配原则,将参与实验的患者随机分配到对照组(n=28例,传统护理)和实验组(n=28例,针对性护理);观察两组患者病情转变情况并做好详细记录,随后给予患者护理满意度调查问卷,对比分析两组患者预后效果、子宫出血量、护理满意度以及治疗周期。结果实验组子宫出血量与住院时间均低于对照组,实验组护理满意度、生活质量与预后效果则高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预可促进患者快速恢复,缩短治疗周期,从而使患者对护理工作更加满意。
Objective To explore and analyze role and effect of targeted nursing intervention for climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods The paper chose 56 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group(n=28 cases,with traditional nursing)and experimental group(n=28 cases,with targeted nursing)randomly according to distribution principle of"random number table method".Condition changes of two groups were observed and recorded in details,based on nursing satisfaction degree questionnaire,prognosis,uterine bleeding,nursing satisfaction degree and treatment cycle was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Amount of uterine bleeding and hospital stay in experimental group was lower than control group,nursing satisfaction degree,life quality and prognosis in experimental group was higher than control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can promote fast recovery and shorten treatment cycle of patients,and have high satisfaction degree with nursing work.
