摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念指导下循证护理联合人文关怀对肾结石患者术后疼痛程度﹑睡眠质量的影响.方法选择2020年2月—2023年2月兰陵县人民医院收治的82例肾结石患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组常规护理,观察组实施ERAS理念指导下循证护理联合人文关怀,均护理1周.比较两组术后恢复情况﹑疼痛程度﹑负性情绪﹑睡眠质量.结果观察组术后排气及排便时间﹑下床活动时间均短于对照组,术后24﹑48 h疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,护理后抑郁自评量表﹑焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论ERAS理念指导下循证护理联合人文关怀能够减轻肾结石患者术后疼痛﹑负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,加快恢复进程.
Objective To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing combined with humanistic care under the guidance of Accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients with kidney stones.Methods 82 patients with kidney stones admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received evidence-based nursing under the guidance of ERAS and humanistic care for 1 week.The postoperative recovery,pain degree,negative emotion and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results Observation group exhaust and defecation time,postoperative bed activity time is shorter than the control group,24 and 48 h after Visual Analog pain Scores were lower than the control group,nursing after Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale scores were lower than the control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale score lower than the control group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing under the guidance of ERAS concept and humanistic care can alleviate postoperative pain and negative emotions,improve sleep quality and accelerate recovery process in patients with kidney stones.
