摘要
2011年,“两基”任务宣告完成后,成人扫盲教育逐渐退出历史舞台,进入国家通用语言文字教育的新阶段。在中国共产党领导下,面向成人的国家通用语言文字教育是在继承扫盲教育经验和成就基础上对扫盲教育遗留问题的攻坚,也是新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴战略背景下对国家通用语言文字的政治、经济和文化功能的强调。在厘清扫盲教育向国家通用语言文字教育转向过程的基础上,总结扫盲教育的经验和教训以期移植到当前农村和民族地区的成人国家通用语言文字教育中,推动这一教育在新时代的承前性创新。
After the completion of the“Two basics”task,literacy education gradually withdrew from the historical stage and en⁃tered a new stage of National Commonly-used Language and Characters(NCLC)education for adults.Under the leadership of Commu⁃nist Party of China,this education is the key to the remaining problems of literacy education on the basis of its experiences and les⁃sons,and is the emphasis on the political,economic and cultural functions of the NCLC under the strategic background of strengthen⁃ing the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation,consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication and rural revitaliza⁃tion in the new era.On the basis of clarifying the process of the transformation from literacy education to NCLC Education,this pa⁃per summarizes the experience and lessons of literacy education,transplants the successful experience into the current adults’NCLC education in rural and minority ethnic areas,and promotes the new development of this education on the basis of inheritance.
