摘要
装配式高层住宅预制竖向构件包括预制混凝土承重剪力墙构件和预制混凝土非承重外围护墙构件,预制承重剪力墙楼层处竖向连接一般通过钢筋套管灌浆实现,预制非承重外墙楼层处竖向连接则通过钢筋螺纹盲孔灌浆实现。通过对一类高层住宅和二类高层住宅在不同烈度地区进行计算对比分析,可以得到二类高层住宅预制剪力墙楼层拼缝处的地震剪力由现浇边缘构件就可以承担,7度区及其以上一类高层住宅还需要考虑灌浆套筒钢筋承担剪力。预制非承重外墙楼层连接处的螺纹盲孔钢筋主要承担风荷载作用下的剪力,故只需验算顶层墙体的螺纹盲孔钢筋抗剪承载力。
Prefabricated vertical components of high-rise residential buildings included prefabricated concrete bearing shear wall components and prefabricated concrete non-bearing peripheral retaining wall components.The vertical connection at the floor of prefabricated bearing shear wall was generally realized by grouting with steel sleeve.The vertical connection at the floor of prefabricated non-bearing exterior wall was realized by grouting the blind hole with reinforced thread.Through the calculation and comparative analysis of class one high-rise residential building and class two high-rise residential building in different intensity areas,it could be concluded that the seismic shear force at the floor joint of prefabricated shear wall of class two high-rise residences could be borne by the cast-in-place edge component,and it was also necessary to consider the shear bearing capacity of grouting sleeve steel bars for class two high-rise residential buildings in degree fortification seven and above.The prefabricated blind hole rebar at the floor connection of non-bearing outer wall mainly born the shear force under the action of wind load,so it was only necessary to check the shear capacity of the screw blind hole reinforcement of the top wall.
