摘要
随着生态环保意识的增强和资源节约需求的升级,绿色建筑理念已成为现代建筑设计的核心,现代建筑中的装配式住宅以其高效率、低能耗和可持续发展的特性,受到了广泛关注。为解决传统建筑方式中存在的资源浪费和环境污染问题,文章首先探讨了绿色建筑理念下装配式住宅建筑的优势,并阐述了装配式住宅在设计过程中应遵循的原则,最后基于具体原则和装配式住宅建筑设计角度详细阐述其设计措施,旨在实现经济与生态双重收益的目标,为相关人员提供实践参考。
With the increasing awareness of ecological and environmental protection and the upgrading of resource conservation needs,the concept of green building has become the core of modern architectural design.The prefabricated residential building in modern architecture has received extensive attention due to its high efficiency,low energy consumption and sustainable development.In order to solve the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution in traditional building methods,this paper first discusses the advantages of prefabricated residential buildings under the concept of green building,and expounds the principles that should be followed in the design process of prefabricated residential buildings.Finally,based on the specific principles and the perspective of prefabricated residential building design,the design measures are elaborated in detail,aiming at achieving the goal of dual economic and ecological benefits and providing practical reference for relevant personnel.
