摘要
结合低层住宅建筑特点与装配式政策要求,对某一工程采用了现浇剪力墙、全预制实心板装配式结构新型设计方案,从结构体系布置、预制率分析、项目特点、楼板对比等方面介绍了该结构体系选取与整体结构设计思路,着重分析了通过计算措施与节点设计等方法来确保全预制实心板平面内形成整体,保证其整体刚度,并对关键节点构造与管线预留衔接提出了解决方法。同时,从造价经济性和施工差异性上,对现浇剪力墙、全预制实心板结构体系与装配式剪力墙结构体系做了对比。结果表明,在装配式低层住宅项目中,现浇剪力墙、全预制实心板装配式结构体系工程实践可行,与装配式剪力墙结构体系相比有显著优势,且对建筑外立面丰富与高功能要求受限影响较小。
Based on the characteristics of low-rise residential buildings and the requirements of assembly policies,a new design scheme of cast-in-place shear wall and fully prefabricated solid slab assembly structures was adopted for a certain project.The selection of the structural system and overall structural design ideas were introduced from the aspects of structural system layout,prefabrication rate analysis,project characteristics,floor comparison,etc.The emphasis was on analyzing the calculation measures and node design methods to ensure that the fully prefabricated solid slab forms a whole in the plane,ensure its overall stiffness and propose solutions for key node construction and pipeline reservation connection.At the same time,the cast-in-place shear wall,fully prefabricated solid slab structure system,and fabricated shear wall structure system in terms of cost economy and construction differences were compared.The results show that in the fabricated low-rise residential project,the engineering practice of cast-in-place shear wall and fully prefabricated solid slab fabricated structural system is feasible,and there are significant advantages compared to fabricated shear wall structural system,and the impact on the richness of building facade and the limited requirements of high functions is relatively small.
