摘要
随着国家大力发展装配式建筑政策推行,新型装配式建筑体系研发成果丰硕。SPCS结构体系(三一PC系统),其SPCS体系以"空腔+搭接+现浇"的特点获得行业关注。本文结合SPCS预制剪力墙构件设计特点,重点介绍了SPCS剪力墙构件工厂制作工艺流程。由此工艺制作的SPCS墙体构件除满足设计强度等要求外,还具有了制作周期可控、外观质量好、运输和吊装方便等优点,值得相关项目参考借鉴。
With the development of precast structures policy in China,the research and development of new assembly building system has achieved fruitful results.SPCS structure system has been paid more attention because of the characteristics of cavity+lap+casting.Combining with the design features of SPCS shear wall components,the author mainly introduces the manufacturing process of SPCS shear wall components.To meeting the design strength and other requirements,the SPCS wall components manufactured by this process have the advantages of controllable production cycle,good appearance quality,convenient transportation and hoisting,etc.
