摘要
党的十九届五中全会指出"生态环保任重道远",要使生态环保工作深入人心、持久有效,就必须从政治的高度理解把握生态环保的意义。习近平关于生态政治的重要论述堪称习近平生态文明思想的中枢神经与理论之魂。系统分析、梳理、阐述习近平关于生态政治重要论述的形成背景、科学内涵与实践路径,能够启发人们深刻理解习近平关于生态政治的重要论述不同于西方生态政治观的本质特征;正确把握习近平关于生态政治重要论述的基本立场、核心要义和理想境界,有助于自觉自为地践行习近平生态文明思想,自觉守住自然生态安全边界,促进中国特色社会主义生态文明建设和美丽中国建设。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"ecological environmental protection has a long way to go".To make ecological environmental protection take root and take effect,it is necessary to understand the significance of ecological environmental protection from a political perspective.Xi Jinping’s important statement on ecological politics is the heart and soul of Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization.Systematic analysis and elaboration of the background,scientific connotation and practical path of Xi Jinping’s important statement on ecological politics can give readers deep insights into its essence,which are different from Western ecological politics;it is necessary to have a correct understanding of the position,core principles and high ideals of Xi Jinping’s statement on ecological politics,so as to consciously practice Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization,consciously maintain natural ecological security,and promote the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a beautiful China.
