摘要
根据我国林草业电子商务的全面调研,剖析其发展现状和面临的发展环境。在此基础上,从供给侧、需求侧和连通渠道3个角度提出如下建议:国家林业和草原局积极协同各部委、地方政府共同推进林草业电子商务建设,深化供给侧结构性改革,激活市场需求侧,用活新渠道;在推进生态产业化和产业生态化过程中,强化顶层设计和政策引导,为加快实现生态文明建设提供信息经济的新动力。最后,提出了相应的建设路径和保障措施。
Based on the comprehensive investigation of e-commerce in China's forestry and grassland industry,this paper analyzes its development status and development environment.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of supply side,demand side and connecting channels:National Forestry and Grassland Administration actively cooperates with various ministries and departments and local governments to jointly promote the construction of e-commerce in forestry and grassland industry,deepen the structural reform on the supply side,fuel the market demand side and expand new channels.In the process of promoting ecological industrialization and industrial ecology,we should strengthen top-level design and policy guidance to provide a new driving force of information economy for accelerating the construction of ecological civilization.Finally,the corresponding construction path and guarantee measures are put forward in the paper.
