摘要
研究了某核电机组海水升压泵泵轴腐蚀失效的问题。通过对泵轴进行腐蚀形貌、化学成分、显微组织的观察和试验分析,查明泵轴腐蚀失效的原因。结果表明,海水进入泵轴与轴套间隙中,海水升压泵切换至备用状态后,发生点蚀和缝隙腐蚀。
The problem of corrosion failure of the pump shaft of a nuclear power plant seawater booster pump was studied. Through the corrosion morphology, chemical composition, microstructure observation and test analysis of the pump shaft, the cause of corrosion failure of the pump shaft was found. The results show that seawater enters the gap between the pump shaft and the bushing, and pitting and crevice corrosion occur after the seawater booster pump is switched to the standby state.
