核电厂SEN系统立式混流主泵轴封冲洗优化研究 被引量:2

Optimization of Flushing Method for Shaft Seal in Vertical Mixing Flow Pump in SEN System in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要 分析了LA核电站SEN系统泵轴封冲洗水存在的经济性差、有断水风险等问题,指出了SEN水泵机封冲洗水入口管段材质设计的不合理。针对现有问题,对SEN水泵机封冲洗水源进行了改造,并更换了原有SEN水泵机封冲洗入口管段的材质。经运行实践,本改进提高了泵体运行的安全可靠性,实现了运行成本的有效节约。 The problems of poor economics and water shortage existed in washing water system for pump shaft seal in SEN system in LA nuclear power station were analyzed in this article.It was indicated that the material selected for the pipe of washing water inlet was inappropriate.With respect to this problem,the material of the inlet pipe and the source of washing water for shaft seal were changed.From the engineering practice it has been proved that with the reform the safe reliability in the operation of the pump was enhanced so as to save the operating cost.
