摘要
环境因素是引起金具失效的一个重要因素,本文就一起750kV输电线路导线间隔棒腐蚀情况进行分析,通过对间隔棒材质、微观腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物元素分析,确定沙漠盐渍土大气环境是造成该导线间隔棒腐蚀失效的主要原因,为后期开展相关研究及制定防范措施提供依据。
Environmental factors are one of the important factors leading to the failure of fittings.This paper analyzes the corrosion of a 750 kV transmission line conductor spacing bar.Through the analysis of the material of the spacing bar,the micro-corrosion morphology and the elements of the corrosion product,it is determined that the atmospheric environment of the salty soil in the desert is the main cause of the corrosion failure of the spacing bar.That provides basis for relevant research and preparation of preventive measure.
