摘要
社会主义基本经济制度与资本主义经济制度明显不同,也不可能趋同。相对于资本主义经济制度而言,社会主义基本经济制度具有以下特征。首先,社会主义基本经济制度是中国共产党和中国人民的伟大创造。其次,社会主义基本经济制度坚持以“人民为中心”的价值取向,资本主义经济制度坚持以“资本为中心”作为价值取向,这是两种经济制度的根本区别。再次,社会主义基本经济制度以劳动公平、劳动效率为评价标准;资本主义经济制度以资本公平和资本效率为评价标准。本文的基本结论是:社会主义基本经济制度对资本主义经济制度进行了多方面改进,二者可共存,但不会“趋同”。
The basic socialist economic system is obviously different from the capitalist economic system,and it is impossible to converge.Compared with the capitalist economic system,the basic socialist economic system has the following characteristics.First,the basic socialist economic system is a great creation of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people.Secondly,the basic socialist economic system adheres to the value orientation of“people as the center”and the capitalist economic system adheres to the value orientation of“capital as the center”,which is the fundamental difference between the two economic systems.Third,the basic socialist economic system takes labor equity and labor efficiency as the evaluation criteria;Capitalist economic system takes capital equity and capital efficiency as evaluation criteria.The basic conclusion is that the basic socialist economic system has improved the capitalist economic system in many ways.The two coexist and will not“converge”.
