摘要
社会主义基本经济制度的新概括更加全面地彰显了中国特色社会主义制度的科学性和优越性。根据这一新概括对数字经济时代我国的劳动过程进行研究,需要从所有制层面分析数字共享平台对生产资料与劳动者的结合方式的影响,从收入分配制度层面分析按数据分配方式及数字劳动的形式与报酬,从社会主义市场经济体制层面分析数字经济带来的劳动力市场的精准匹配以及劳动平等的实现程度。数字经济时代我国的劳动过程在引导技术创新、推动经济发展、协调劳动关系和助力劳动解放方面所具有的制度优势,植根于中国特色社会主义的本质,体现出以人民为中心的发展理念、以新发展理念引领高质量发展等新时代的中国特色,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想运用于经济建设实践的重要表现。
The new generalization of the basic socialist economic system more comprehensively highlights the scientific nature and superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.According to this new generalization,to study the labor process in China in the era of the digital economy,it is necessary to analyze the impact of digital sharing platforms on the way of combining means of production and laborers at the level of ownership,the way of distribution by data and the form and remuneration of digital labor at the level of an income distribution system,and the precise matching of labor market brought by the digital economy and the equality of labor at the level of the socialist market economic system,and the extent to which labor equality is realized.The institutional advantages of China’s labor process in the digital economy era in guiding technological innovation,promoting economic development,coordinating labor relations,and helping labor emancipation are rooted in the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics,reflecting the people-centered development concept,leading to high-quality development with the new development concept and other Chinese characteristics of the new era,and an important manifestation of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era applied to economic construction practice.
