预制拼装综合管廊接头的容许差异沉降分析 被引量:22

Analysis of permissible differential settlement for assembled precast utility tunnel with different joint types

摘要 在对预制拼装综合管廊进行容许差异沉降分析时,需要考虑土方回填和接头的影响。为此,采用数值模拟方法,对现浇式管廊和两种接头(平口和企口)类型的预制拼装管廊进行建模。并考虑回填过程的影响,分析在多种工况下现浇式管廊和预制拼装管廊两种接头的受力性能。在此基础上,通过逐步加大差异沉降进行计算,分别考虑最大拉应力和最大弯矩两个评价指标,判断管廊接头的适用性与安全性。研究结果表明:在车辆荷载下,管廊接头的沉降量大于GB 50007—2011《建筑地基基础设计规范》给定的预警值20 cm;在相同工况下,现浇式管廊、平口预应力和企口预应力拼装管廊计算得到的沉降量基本相同;预制拼装管廊接头部位的受力性能与无接头的现浇式管廊基本相同,应力相差在20%以内;对于企口预应力拼装管廊接头,承口端更易发生失效;提出了管廊差异沉降的划分标准,分为3个等级,并进而确定了各等级对应的容许差异沉降。 The influences of backfill and joint types should be considered in permissible differential settlement analysis for assembled precast utility tunnels. To consider the influences,numerical models of cast-in-situ tunnels and assembled precast tunnels with different joints were established. The mechanical performance of the tunnels and joints were analyzed under different loading cases including backfill. By increasing the differential settlement gradually,the serviceability and safety of the tunnel joints were evaluated using two index,i. e.,the maximum tensile stress and the maximum section moment. The results show that the settlement of the joints exceeds 20 cm,which is a precaution value suggested by the Chinese Code for design of building foundation GB 50007—2011. The settlement of the cast-insitu tunnel and assembled precast tunnels is almost identical under different loading cases. The joints of the assembled precast tunnels have the same performance as the parts of the cast-in-situ tunnel. The stress difference is less than 20%. The bell part is more likely to damage in the rabbet joints of the assembled precast tunnels. Based on the results,permissible differential settlement having three levels were proposed for the tunnels.
