摘要
近年来,国家环保形势严峻,劳务用工紧缺,建筑施工安全事故频发,民众对建筑的质量及舒适度要求逐步提高。为此国家提出建筑产业现代化和装配式建筑的发展战略,国务院和全国各省市陆续出台关于大力发展装配式建筑相关文件,地下综合管廊的建造也在大潮中逐步推进装配式建造方式应用实践。
In recent years,the national environmental protection situation is severe,labor shortage,construction safety accidents occur frequently,and the public’s requirements for the quality and comfort of buildings are gradually increasing.For this reason,the state has put forward the development strategy of building industry modernization and prefab building,the State Council and provinces and cities throughout the country have successively issued relevant documents on vigorously developing prefab building,and the construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery has gradually promoted the application practice of prefab building in the spring tide.
