浅埋隧道暗开挖对穿越高速公路安全影响数值计算研究 被引量:1

摘要 以徐州城市轨道交通某浅埋暗挖隧道下穿高速公路工程为例,为降低矿山法施工对高速路基路面沉降的影响,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对入段线、出段线隧道施工全过程进行了模拟.结果表明:入段线、出段线隧道开挖引起的高速沉降最大值为7.48 mm,位于入段线路中,隧道开挖沿高速纵向形成沉降槽,沉降槽范围为隧道中心线两侧各约25 m范围内,高速路受影响较大的区域为线路中线两侧各15 m范围,上覆路基没有产生超限沉降.针对数值计算结果制定了控制下穿段沉降专项措施,施工监测表明开挖方案降低了对高速路基路面的影响. Taking underground excavation of shallow tunnel in Xuzhou urban rail transit as an example,in order to reduce the influence of mining method construction on the settlement of highspeed subgrade and pavement,the whole process of tunnel construction in and out section line is simulated by FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software.The results show that the maximum value of the high-speed settlement caused by the tunnel excavation of the entrance and exit section lines is 7.48mm,which is located in the entrance section line.The tunnel excavation forms a settlement groove along the high-speed longitudinal direction.The range of the settlement groove is about 25mon both sides of the central line of the tunnel.The affected area of the high-speed road is 15mon both sides of the middle line of the line,and the overlying subgrade has no over limit settlement.According to the numerical calculation results,the special measures to control the settlement of the underpass are formulated.The construction monitoring shows that the excavation scheme reduces the impact on the high-speed subgrade and pavement.
